HIRE Aston Village Hall

The Village hall is popular and we recommend early booking to ensure that you reserve the date of your choosing. The hall is available for inspection by arrangement: telephone Emma Mottershead on 01630 647160 or email events@astonvillagehall.co.uk. A £50 deposit is requested at the time of the booking, this is returned provided the Hall is left in a good condition. For those wanting to rent the Hall for a regular event please contact Emma for availability and competitive rates. Emma is the contact for booking forms, reservations and deposits. Terms and conditions apply. The hourly rate is £12, however registered charities can request a discount.

A £50 deposit is requested at the time of the booking, this returned provided the Hall is left in good condition. Hire can include seating for up to 60 people, tables and chairs, use of kitchen facilities including crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is also a small stage for those wanting entertainment at their event. For those wanting to rent the Hall for a regular event please contact Emma for availability and fixed rates.

The Trustees also actively encourage members of the Aston, Weymouth, Willoughbridge and Blackbrook communities to organise low cost and free family events and special interest groups open to any member of our community.

Organisers of these events are able to use Aston Village Hall, free of charge.
